White sugar, glucose, Acetylated distarch phosphate, non-dairy
creamer, milk powder, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, xanthan gum,
salt, food flavor, lemon yellow, sunset yellow
Mix one part of VIVID Instant Custard Powder and 4 parts of water;
whip for 1 minute at low speed with blender; whip 3~5 minutes at
high speed till fine and smooth.
The stuffing made from VIVID Instant Custard Powder has a fine and
smooth taste with natural color for decoration.
Storage and shelf life
VIVID Instant Custard Powder should be stored in the cool and dry
place, to avoid direct sunlight. The shelf life is 18 months with
1kg*12 or upon requirement
